What You’ll Do

This is your opportunity to drive impact by supporting the Data Analytics and Insights team’s initiatives and projects. You will leverage big data and advanced analytics to identify inefficiencies, address customer pain points, and uncover opportunities for growth. This role involves developing and maintaining pricing models, supporting machine learning pipelines, and delivering AI-driven solutions. You'll analyze complex datasets, build actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings to inform strategic decisions.

• Analyze, filter, and process raw data by using statistical and mathematical techniques and computing
  
• Collect, clean, and interpret large volumes of data from varying sources
  
• Create and implement machine learning models
  
• Automate and integrate processes
  
• Create solutions to overcome data analytics challenges and develop complex mathematical models that integrate business rules and requirements with minimal guidance and supervision
  
• Explain complex ideas verbally and visually in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
• Contribute to Formulating and suggesting data-driven projects to leadership and the business stakeholders
  
• Remain apprised of developments in Data Science and adjacent fields to ensure that outputs are always relevant

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in a data science or comparable role
  
• Experience using data visualization tools such as PBI, Tableau, Plotly or custom visualizations via Shiny/Flask
  
• Experience with data querying languages and statistical or mathematical software (SQL, Python, R, DataRobot, Vertex AI etc).
  
• Experience writing and/or interpreting algorithms. Sound judgment and decision making skills regarding code use and application
  
• Ability to effectively use Python, AI frameworks
  
• Ability to visualize data using statistical and graphical techniques
  
• Excellent understanding of statistics, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics or related field
  
• A MSd or PhD degree in applied mathematics or statistics preferred
  
• Advanced coursework in machine learning and programming
