What You’ll Do
The Director of RV OEM & Partner Program Sales is the heartbeat of Trader within the Industry through the eyes of the OEMs and Dealer Associations. This role plays a critical part of the company’s growth engine and is responsible for building relationships that drive direct market share and revenue opportunities for the company by working with the largest OEM, Association and Strategic Partners in its respective industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Represent Trader Interactive’s entire product suite to building, maintaining and expanding relationships and sales revenue with Trader Interactives RV OEM & Association & Partnerships that drive dealer program adoption
- Collaborate and introduce other business partners teammates to expand the dealer program relationship to other Trader offerings such as Media and Registration Data
- Work with partner coordinator to analyze market conditions to develop, coordinate and implement national and/or regional strategic promotions with OEM & strategic partners
- Create revenue potential through conducting quarterly business reviews with both current and prospective customers.
- Work alongside the top experts across the company to discover and communicate new problems within the industry that Trader could develop solutions to solve
- Stay current on technologies and developments within the market, addressing pain points within the industry and noting competitor positioning and providing insights to company strategy
- Present during Trader Interactive webinars and speaking engagements as assigned
- Utilize Salesforce to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities to continually supplement sales, forecasting and determining share
Travel Required, approximately 25% (conferences, stakeholder meetings)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in working with executive level decision makers, or OEM partner sales, and strategy development
- 3+ years of direct RV industry experience and relationships
- Must have experience with long sales cycles, large $MM deals, and medium-to-large business accounts
- Proven ability to develop strong account relationships, utilization of data in sales process which leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Experience communicating with all levels of the business, from C-suite to engineers, to best determine pain points, collect insight on the needs of clients, and create applicable contracts
- Inventive approach to business solutions and emerging technology stacks, with the ability to look at a business, identify inefficiencies, and leverage tech to improve processes
Bonus Points:
- Demonstrated track record of over achievement of budget & KPI expectations
- Demonstrated implementation and management of modern consultative sales methodologies
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
